BTW - Today is our 12 year anniversary. I am here without DH, as he is on a plane on his way to Bahrain!
The doorbell rang, I opened it and there was a cute little elderly man holding a huge package of beautiful red roses!!! 13 of them, of course 13. 12 is not good enough for my man!!! Gotta love my DH!!! He is the ABSOLUTE best!!!!!!!
Well, it's ALMOST 2007... Any New Year's Resolutions hanging around from last year begging to be completed???
I haven't really put much thought into it for the upcoming year, as this New Year's Eve will be just another day since DH will not be home... First one in a long time that we have not shared. (I'll spare you the details as to how we usually bring in the New Year...)
I am hoping to keep my entries updated once a week when the holidays are all over with. We shall see...

Like everyone else in the stamping world, I have been on the hunt for the Giga Scalloped circle and oval punches... Man, if I could take out stock in these right now! As soon as I get them, I will post my projects... until then - hang on tight!
Both the kiddos have colds and the house is covered in green boogers!!! They have decorated it for Halloween, I guess.
DH has either been abducted by aliens or he is traveling around the globe as a circus clown. He left Italy and went straight to Spain.
I just found out today that my 2nd MRI (lumbar spine) and my MRA (checking for aneurysms) were normal so Dr. is sending me for a complete eye exam/dye test... They have to inject dye into my arm and then take pictures as it is flowing through the vessels of my eyes... Sounds like fun huh?

Wow!!! Where has the time gone??? It's Saturday already...
DD had ear surgery last Tuesday, which turned out really well. She "enjoyed" the codeine part but not the anesthesia. It was so pitiful to watch my sweet, easy-going baby girl come out of that yucky stuff. Other than that all is well with her now.
DH was home and now is gone... Ahhh, the life of a Navy wife...
I've been working on some Thank You cards for DD's birthday gifts and a Birthday card for my BIL. Will try to get those posted sometime today. After I attempt to do 3 tons of laundry and attend a friend's b-day party for her daughter.
Today was a BLAH day as I have been trying to keep my mind from wandering off to the results of my brain MRI... Everything I do, think, say and look at today makes me wonder if I am going to be around 3 months from now...
I don't think I have really ever been so afraid. Not afraid to die. I just don't want to leave my children or my husband.
My family needs me. I need them.
I don't like feeling like this - NOT ONE BIT!!!
Friday can't come soon enough (results) but then again, I don't want to know if it's something bad.

Shane has been gone for over 2 months now and after the kids are in bed, I stamp for relaxation. I will admit that I am not the best but I'm getting better... at least I think so anyways.
